Jaya Sritharan joined TransUnion in 2020 initially focused on leading the Cards market vertical, and then expanding his mandate to lead its Consulting arm. Jaya’s team of Analytics, Product, and Industry experts support TransUnion’s clients to help unlock growth in their portfolios while managing credit and fraud risk.

Jaya has extensive experience in the lending industry, having joined TransUnion from RBC. He most recently led their Cards Acquisition team, growing their portfolio through a combination of channel, marketing, and partner strategies. He also spent three years in RBC’s Mortgage division as the Product owner for specialized programs with focus on credit and regulatory risk. At Capital One, Jaya held Product and Account Management roles, specializing in credit risk management.

Hassan Pirnia brings with him over 20 years of progressively senior financial services and entrepreneurial experience.

Through his financial services experience, he has successfully undertaken roles in sales, marketing, big data analytics, lending and insurance. 

As an entrepreneur, he co-founded and served as a director of MDHomecall Inc., an organisation that provides medical care to homebound patients. In 2017, MDHomecall Inc. was acquired by Australian, National Home Doctor Services, backed by Crescent Capital Partners. 

Hassan served as a director and treasurer of Parkinson Canada Inc. As well, he is a director of the Bank of Montreal Mortgage Corporation. Hassan holds a Masters of Business Administration, Certified Management Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant designations. As well, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Janet Boyle joined MCAP as Executive Vice President & Chief Risk Officer in 2021. Janet is a seasoned and experienced leader who has been helping Canadians achieve their dream of home ownership for many years. Having spent two decades with a large Canadian financial institution, Janet has broad experiences in driving successful financial outcomes in digital solutions, business line growth, merger and acquisition activities and risk management. She was recognized as one of Canadian Mortgage Professional Magazine’s Women of Influence for 2019 as a trailblazer in the mortgage industry.

 

Janet is a proven and respected team leader who blends strategic insights and bottom line results with the leadership skills required to build high performing teams where people feel valued and motivated to excel. Janet holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a B.A. from the University of Toronto. She is a former Board member of Scotiabank Trinidad & Tobago Ltd. and is also a strong supporter of Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation as a Committee member for their annual Well Dressed for Spring Fashion Show fundraiser. 

 

Saroop is a serial entrepreneur with a background in building product and growth teams across global 100 enterprises and high-growth startups. 

Prior to Senso, Saroop consulted with multiple big banks on their innovation strategy around the homeownership journey which uncovered a unique insight which sparked Senso’s inception.
